Summary: A girl living with schizophrenia
struggles with terrifying hallucinations as she begins to suspect her neighbor
has kidnapped a child I knew that she would be mad at me. No mother would ever
be mad at her child, but there was something about this woman that made my
heart aches for her. She had always been the kindest and most loving woman. But
then again, there were times when there have been bad days for the children at
the orphanage, even though they tried their hardest to keep them away from
harm. They had said no to alcohol and drugs. Even when a few of them had died
before their time, they kept it a secret so as not to break their moral code.
It wasn’t like I could talk back or get mad or start crying in front of the
staff. That would cause trouble. What if one day they found out? If they did,
then how would they know what happened on those terrible nights? How would they
help us when we needed help? The thought sickened me. Then there were the years
of abuse and neglect and then finally some sort of intervention from the social
workers, lawyers, doctors and then maybe that too is over. What does life look
like now? Are the kids still here? Is anyone willing to care for them? Do we
just let others take care of them? Who will give them food and shelter when
they need it? There are people asking questions, thinking it’s going to happen
again… How do you explain that to someone whose only idea of love is being a
good daughter and wife? How can they give up the hope for a better tomorrow? I
guess I was one of them. And it hurts, knowing that I could have done more.
Could have told someone. But who would listen to me? Would they see what was
really happening behind me? Not because I didn’t try. Not when I didn’t tell.
But they wouldn’t understand. And who would give her the chance to answer those
difficult questions? Her friends? Their families? I don’t think they would.
People would say, “Why would we?” Why wouldn’t we? They might think I was
crazy, but deep down inside, I am tired of lying. So tired. That pain that
comes with losing your memory. That pain of feeling useless, worthless. Nothing.
Yet here I am, trying to protect myself. Protect the children, yet somehow they
believe I’m protecting other people. You see, I think everything happens for a
reason. Maybe it’s meant to test you. Make you stronger. To make you grow.
Whether its physical growth or emotional development, you can either use or
lose it. Sometimes your parents, siblings, friends, teachers, etc. have that
much influence on our lives. Or sometimes they just aren’t good enough. So we
have to learn to work with them and not against them. It’s funny, actually, how
sometimes the strongest feelings come out of the worst situations. We’re made
of mostly good things. Love, anger, fear, hatred, jealousy, etc… All emotions.
Some people know what they want and feel it, while others don’t. Either way, we
live and die by them. But every once in a while, good things happen to us.
Things that make us strong. Things that make us happier than we were yesterday.
Something miraculous. And sometimes we take joy in them. Just the little
things. Like watching a movie while listening to music. Playing games with our
friends. Watching a great film or read a book. Everything gives us a sense of
accomplishment and happiness… It makes all the difference to how we see
ourselves and it definitely helps when others look at us with admiration,
respect and admiration. Every once in a while we also fall down and we’re hurt
because of something bad happened around us. This is called an accident,
suicide, loss of job, relationship breakup, divorce, illness, death… These are
things and people we never wanted to go through. But these circumstances, even
if it isn’t intentional, may lead us to some dark places. A place where we’re
not really ourselves anymore. Where we become insecure and fearful. Someone who
has nothing to hold onto in their life anymore. When we don’t know what else to
do but become dependent on others. Everyone seems to be trying to help us, to
save us, to keep us safe. Because apparently that’s part of growing up. Growing
up means getting older and wiser. The same way they would say. Isn’t that true?

A film is a motion picture produced in cinema and may also be called an audio-visual film if it is accompanied by sound. A motion picture is the visual output created on celluloid, which is then shown to audiences via special effects or special lighting. An example of a movie is The Shawshank Redemption where Kevin Costner plays Andy Dufresne—a parole officer who is falsely convicted for murder while serving time for stealing money from his ex's house.
The main components of a video movie include; Narrative - The story being told to the audience throughout the film. Direction - Directional editing and sound in order to tell the film's narrative. Storyline - A detailed plot with main characters/characters, leading them through their journey. Point of view - In a documentary of a person narrating a story through his or her eyes. Editing - To create smooth transitions between shots and to add emotional appeal to scenes that need to make you feel something. Sound – The way the actors in a scene speak to one another. Production process – This includes everything from casting to set construction, all of which can cause delays when making a movie (filmmaker). A feature film is a film directed longer than 50 minutes long, usually based in Hollywood. Typically this will take place during one week of filming; however other factors such as budget can also play into how long the features are made. Other characteristics include; the director, scriptwriters, screenwriters and producers. Some examples of feature films would be Gone Girl, Forrest Gump, Rushmore, Inside Out, Jurassic Park.
Some of these movies do have some significant differences; but still are worth seeing if you're in the mood. A television series is a collection of episodes of a regular show, typically about two to ten minutes in length each episode typically being set at different times each day. For example, The Simpsons. Every television series has original material written to go with the show, often with celebrity guest stars. Most sitcoms have a distinct tone and style and most end up being watched over again as soon as they broadcast the first few seasons. Examples of shows are Full House, Everybody Hates Chris. These are just a couple of examples of what a show is. Film vs. TV The difference between film and tv.
A movie is a recorded recording of events that took place in real life and produced in cinemas. On television programs and shows are filmed and produced in front of cameras and produced at a specific studio. Also known as telecasting. Televisions can record live events and show off the footage to viewers or listeners. Television is a term used for both live broadcasts and recordings of real life situations. Many television broadcasts are replayed, so there is always content available for later viewing or watching as well. Television shows can sometimes air out of sequence, and sometimes even last more than half of the program. While a film has multiple takes that have to fit together in exacting detail with minimal editing. TV shows can also be shorter than films. Movies typically run for an average of 120 minutes. Whereas an eight minute show with a limited number of scenes may only have four hours of running time and no rest periods. However, movies often have additional extras such as music, sound effects, wardrobe changes, etc. The difference between this and the film is that a film is intended for cinematic enjoyment, whereas a show is intended for people to watch with their family and friends. It is easy to confuse the two and not realize its distinction until after you've seen a film and then compared it with reality. Although sometimes it can seem like a lot of work in comparing film and tv because they both share similar qualities and things to film, the key elements in either medium are different. Film is more of a visual art form. They are both used to produce short stories and documentaries, which involves images and text. So while a tv production will have many visual aspects such as creating the right angles, using light bulbs, the camera movement, camera movements, etc., a movie might only have one aspect of filmmaking being photography. People tend to take pictures of other people's lives rather than themselves. Cinematography is actually very important and plays a large role in producing good films, as it allows directors to get creative and really capture each moment in a photo. There are plenty of similarities between film and tv. Both use sets of props and costumes, they both involve a narrator, sound is used in both mediums and often both use lighting. The biggest factor that separates film and tv is the editing process. Filmmakers are able to get their job done because they have access to cutting edge technology such as computers and high definition cameras. By contrast, a television news crew does not get the same level of control over their editing, because they are relying on someone else and they don't have full access to equipment. Once both media get filming, the film is developed either in post or pre-production. Post-production is when a film goes through numerous shots while Pre-production is when a film is developed beforehand and shot. When film is filmed there is typically plenty of editing that can be done on it in order to get it ready for the next scene. Since movies use expensive equipment for filming, post-production is usually cheaper than using newer equipment in pre-production. So ultimately when a film was made, they will have at least three phases: Production, Development and Post-Production.
